Dave Marturana has been working in industrial water treatment since 1981 and joined ChemTreat in 2008. He has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering and is a licensed Professional Engineer in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. An applications consultant for influent and industrial effluent water treatment, Marturana has extensive expertise in coagulant and flocculant selection and optimization, primary and biological wastewater treatment, municipal graywater treatment, and sludge dewatering applications.

Helen Cerra is a Technical Services Consultant at ChemTreat,with 35 years of professional experience in all aspects of water treatment, including boiler, cooling, wastewaterand environmental/regulatory affairs. With a concentration on Legionella minimization, Helen is a voting member of the ASHRAE Committees SSPC 188 and SPC 514P and is the current Chair of GDL-159 at the Cooling Technology Institute (CTI), the task group that published the 2020 CTI Legionellosis Guideline. She is a certified ASSE 12080 Legionella Water Safety and Management Specialist and has authored/co-authored papers and presentations for various trade organizations including ASHRAE, CTI, EUCW, IWC, VSHE, and NACE. Helen holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Lehigh University.

Rajendra P. Kalakodimi is the Director of Cooling Water at ChemTreat. He received an M.S. in Physical Chemistry at Andhra University and a PhD in Electrochemistry at the Indian Institute of Science in Bangalore in 2003. While in India, Dr. Kalakodimi served as the Engineering Technical Leader at the GE India Technology Centre in Bangalore and as Product Manager for Chemicals and Monitoring Solutions for GE Water. He has more than 20 patent filings, 20 international publications, and various conference presentations.

Maria Muniz, Director, Polymer & Pretreatment, has been working in industrial and wastewater treatment since 1990, focusing on the petrochemical, steel, automotive, and food & beverage industries. Her application expertise includes solid-liquid separation, secondary treatment, and solids management and dewatering in light and heavy industries both in the US and internationally.
